I will be deploying Office 2016 ProPlus using the standard installation (not 365/c2r) I need to deploy to some computers with Skype and some without. Typically I have baked Office into my OS image so that it Office is installed alongside Windows. With the Skype requirement this means that I will need to either have Office 2016 PP without Skype in the image and then somehow install Skype separately afterwards or deploy Office 2016 PP with Skype and then run a command to remove Skype afterwards.
